Marlee Munhoz is the Founder and CEO of Encompass Initiative, with expertise in digital marketing, branding, and creative strategy. A honors graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies, she has led marketing campaigns for businesses across hospitality, real estate, construction, wellness, and food & beverage. Marlee is an FAA-certified drone pilot whose work has generated millions of organic social media impressions, earned media recognition on FOX 7 Austin, and contributed to her nomination for the Austin Under 40 Awards. She is passionate about helping brands grow through strategic, results-driven marketing. She is also a PADI certified open-water scuba diver. In her spare time you can find her wake-surfing on Lake Austin, snowboarding in Colorado, or scuba driving in Mexico.
